Franko Roofing Systems began with a mission to provide durable and reliable roofing solutions for homes and businesses across Ghana. 2015 — Founding & First Projects
Company founded with the goal of delivering durable, affordable roofing solutions for Ghanaian homes.
Completed first residential installations, building reputation through hands-on workmanship and word-of-mouth referrals.
2016 — Formalizing Operations
Established basic business systems: procurement, onsite safety procedures, and customer service processes.
Grew a small core team of installers and a site supervisor to support steady project flow.
